Love from our Smiley Tots Family

We love everything about Smiley Tots! The educators & owners are so lovely and caring and always make our little boy feel comfortable, happy and loved while he’s away from home. The outdoor learning space is fantastic with so much to keep the kids occupied and we particularly like the flexibility they have to move inside and outside throughout the day. So happy to be part of the Smiley Tots family!!

I feel very comfortable leaving my daughter in the very capable and loving hands of the educators at Smiley Tots! I know she will be nurtured and stimulated and I love that she resists to come home (because she loves it so much) with messy hair and dirty feet.

So much heart!!! My son loves going to Smiley Tots and I feel like he is safe and happy and very well cared for. He instantly warmed to the carers and he hasn’t in past centres. Brooke, you and your team are wonderful and we are glad we are a Smiley Tots family!

We love Smiley Tots! The educators really are fantastic – they show genuine care for the children, consistently provide them with fun and stimulating activities, and will work with you to achieve whatever goals you may have. My special needs child achieved amazing growth in his time here thanks in no small part to the support of the educators. The centre also has a very low staff turnover rate, which in itself speaks volumes. I would have no hesitation in recommending Smiley Tots to anyone.

Having moved from another centre to Smiley Tots, we are so happy with the level of care and attention Brooke and the Team have shown for our boys. It’s the kind of centre where all the educators take the time to get to know all the kids. It is small and so friendly with long standing staff. Everyday there is new creative play set up outside, they really make an effort at Smiley Tots, definitely 5 star, highly recommended.

We cannot rate this Centre highly enough. Today is a very sad day as we end our ties with this amazing Centre. Brooke & her wonderful educators have taken care of our children the past 4 years. We will be forever grateful for the love, care, education, warmth & compassion. Keep on doing what you’re doing!!!!!!

Smiley tots is an incredible Centre. The staff are amazing and really interact with the kids and actually get to know who they really are. My daughter was shy and couldn’t speak to anyone before she started. Now she has made friends and has the confidence to start school. I’d recommend Smiley Tots in a heartbeat!

Highly recommend Smiley Tots. The centre is professional but also warm, friendly, caring, and very approachable for any concerns I may have had. My little man felt safe and happy there and so I felt good about leaving him. The pre-school program was amazing I saw such a change in Jax, in being able to handle his emotions, building relationships with teachers and friends and that gave him so much more confidence in himself. I can’t thank Brooke and all the girls enough I will miss them very much as well.

Such a homey centre, aimed at teaching children social skills through play based learning – our son absolutely adores his beautiful educators and this wonderful centre, as do we!! Could not speak more highly of the amazing staff at Smiley Tots, they have made our whole day care experience one to remember! (They even looked after our kids’ dad, who is now 25!!) Love your work guys, keep it up!

Our son joined Smiley Tots when he was 2 years old and went right through the Preschool Program. Every day he attended, he was engaged, interested and cared for by amazing staff members. I love how the staff allow the children to just be kids, letting them get dirty, wet etc and explore their surroundings. There is a strong focus on nature play, which is fantastic. Our boy has now transitioned confidently to big school, much to the credit of the staff and program at Smiley Tots.

The team at Smiley Tots are professional, caring and engaging. You can see their dedication to the kids. Smiley Tots has a family vibe with fantastic facilities. It was perfect for our little one.

I cannot thank the smiley tots family enough for not only teaching my children, helping shape them into the beautiful kids they are, showing them patience, love, support and understanding! for that I will always be grateful!  I also thank them for communicating with me, working with me and supporting me, with generosity, kindness and education. Can’t thank you amazing ladies enough!
